Training session for staff in UBI, Enrollment updation and Shaala Darpan
On 30 Mar 2017 interactive training session was conducted for all the permanent teachers covering mainly three topics
The process of login and the URL necessary for that was given to all the teachers as a reinforcement. The verification process was explained. The payment details printout for first quarter provided to all the teachers and the explanation provided for the same (Full fee payment details of the class). The teachers were asked to check the details and revert back if any discrepancy is noticed. Various reports and their usage was also explained.
The teachers were briefed to maintain the attendance register pertaining to fee entries.
All the queries of the teachers were answered.
Enrollment Updation :
From last academic year the enrollment has been digitized through google docs shared via class teacher mail id. The promotions in the enrollment document was taken up and the teachers were requested to check the enrollment for correctness.
The class I and class XI were specific classes where more emphasis was given for verifying the details.
Shaala Darpan Activities
The Shaala Darpan activities for the coming academic year were explained. The modalities for collecting attendance and recording it on Shaala Darpan were also discussed. The decision was made that a notebook may be placed at two locations, principal office and HM office where the teachers can maintain the attendance which can be taken for entry in Shaala Darpan portal as and when the login is possible.
No live class for this could be conducted due to non working of Shaala Darpan portal on account of porting the data.
In addition to these agenda topics, the usage of CAL/TAL facilities, was also discussed. In this context the teachers were explained
